That gamification can help make the candidate application process more enjoyable and attractive. Cebir, too, pays more and more attention to candidate reservations, seeking a\u00a0<strong>good balance<\/strong>\u00a0between the attractiveness of (the tests on) our testing platform and continuing to guarantee a\u00a0high-quality offering.<\/p>\n<h4>What is\u00a0\u200b<span class=\"pull-double\">\u201c<\/span>gamification\u201d?<\/h4>\n<p>Gamification is the<strong>\u00a0use of game elements<\/strong>\u00a0and principles when taking a\u00a0reasoning or personality test, for example. The pros and cons are actually all based on\u00a0<span class=\"numbers\">2<\/span>\u00a0<strong>dimensions<\/strong>\u00a0(<span class=\"numbers\">1<\/span>) candidate experience and (<span class=\"numbers\">2<\/span>) test quality. Whether the presence of game elements enhances or limits the candidate experience and test quality is thereby strongly related to the similarity between the chosen game elements, the measurement goal of the test(battery) and the chosen target group. It is therefore important to pay sufficient attention to this during the development process.
